With a diverse and cross-functional background, Emmerance Ishimwe is a proactive and committed professional focused on community service and development. Currently serving as the M&E Assistant at Grown to Help (GTH), she plays a pivotal role in supporting monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that GTH’s programs achieve their intended impact and contribute to the organization’s growth.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Systems from Davis College Akilah and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Management at UNILAK. Her career has spanned several roles, including data collection and verification at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, call management at Mango Telecom, and providing IT support at RGL Co Ltd.
Earlier in her career, Emmerance made significant contributions to Children Voice Today, helping children return to school, and gained valuable experience through internships at the University of Rwanda and MINAGRI. In these roles, she supported data collection efforts for agricultural and rural development, honing her ability to work across various sectors and engage with diverse groups.
Herstrong technical background, coupled with her hands-on experience in data management and community development, allows her to make a meaningful impact in monitoring and evaluation at GTH. She is passionate about utilizing her skills to drive positive change and contribute to the well-being of communities.
