This project is dedicated to enhancing the economic livelihoods of young women who have dropped out of school by providing a comprehensive range of support. It focuses on equipping them with vital skills, including vocational training, entrepreneurship, and access to startup kits, ensuring they have the resources to thrive. Central to this initiative is the formation of Savings and Internal Lending Groups (SILGs), which foster financial collaboration and strengthen community ties. Through these groups, women are not only able to pool resources but also build a network of mutual support, promoting collective financial growth and resilience.
