Ir. Jean Paul Mbarushimana oversees projects implementation, govern the program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives, and supervises budget & funding channels for maximum productivity. He has more than twelve years of working experience in WASH Programming and community development. He worked for Government institutions including local government, where he was in charge of infrastructure in Kayonza District, worked for the ministry of education in school construction unity. He also worked for Rwanda Public Procurement Authority dealing with construction related tenders. Jean Paul Mbarushimana has also a vast experience in WASH programming, he worked for World Vision International as WASH Engineer, and currently He is working as Head of programs at WaterAid Rwanda. Jean Paul Mbarushimana has a master’s degree in project management from the University of Kigali.
