Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to community development, Aline serves as the Projects Coordinator at Grown to Help (GTH), where she leverages her skills to streamline processes and amplify the organization’s impact. With a deep passion for enhancing community engagement, she is focused on expanding GTH’s reach and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that benefit vulnerable populations.
Aline's career in the nonprofit sector began with her volunteer work at World Vision Rwanda from 2021 to 2022, where she managed sponsorship activities and also worked as a translator. This experience equipped her with invaluable skills in communication, project coordination, and community outreach.
Currently an undergraduate at the University of Rwanda College of Science and Technology, Aline is honing her proficiency in both communication and technology, which she applies effectively in her role at GTH. Known for her strategic thinking, Aline excels at identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and developing actionable plans to meet the organization’s goals.
With her strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach, Aline is dedicated to contributing to impactful community initiatives, driving meaningful change, and ensuring the success of GTH’s projects.
