Jean-Paul Bugirimfura is Board Member in charge of Finance management at Grown to Help since its creation in the year 2021 up to now. His primary responsibilities include reviewing accounting practices, evaluating financial reports, analyzing the management of contributions, checking cash-flow projections, and reviewing policies and procedures. In addition, he serves as the Relationship Manager in banking Industry for twelve years. His primary responsibilities include recruitment of potential customers, selling bank’s product, credit appraisal assessment, recoveries as wells as business plan development.
Education background: He holds a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences. Jean Paul is certified to have completed the Saint Leo University of the Social Enterprise Accelerator for Non-profit Leaders to assist Grown to Help with developing strategies to diversify revenue streams, measure social impact, become more entrepreneurial, and ultimately realize a more self-sustainable future. In addition, he has different certifications in banking industries as well as in M&E. Apart from his day-to-day responsibilities, he is part of the two saving groups, in which actively participates as a Vice President.
