SRHR comprehensive education in Public Schools

Ineffective sexual and reproductive health education inhibits adolescents' access to information and contributes to school dropout, unwanted pregnancies, or early marriage, especially among girls who have reached puberty. some of them become sex workers, drug addicts, house helpers, thieves, street children, etc. and such cases expose them to all kinds of abuse.

This project aims to provide adequate information about Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights in public schools, to reduce school dropout, unwanted pregnancies, and risks of premature parenthoods especially among girls and boys who have reached puberty.

The curriculum is about Body change during adolescence, Menstruation, Personal hygiene, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, and positive masculinity. Additionally, we support girls in school who cannot afford menstrual products with free sanitary pads.
